Leading Design & Product Strategy for a Premium Global Brand
As Design Manager for Tommy Hilfiger Global Boyswear, I led and managed the design team, overseeing the development of seasonal collections across denim, wovens, jersey, knitwear, outerwear, and accessories for ages 0-16 years. Managing a 550-600 SKU range per season, I directed creative strategy, trend research, and product innovation, ensuring a cohesive, commercially successful, and brand-aligned collection.
Working closely with merchandising, buying, and production teams, I aligned collections with brand DNA and market trends, while leading global research and development trips across the US, Europe, and the Far East. I also presented seasonal concepts and product direction to VPs and senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment.
By driving innovation, global collaboration, and brand consistency, I helped reinforce Tommy Hilfiger’s position as a leader in the premium childrenswear market.
